In this class, we will discuss ways to use social media to effectively develop your brand and online presence in a positive, professional manner. We will also explore appropriate platforms and how to leverage social media when it comes to your potential future career. Last but not least, we will also take a look at the importance of mindfulness when it comes to your social media. Learn how to make the most out of your posts, tweets, shares and sends.


Jessica Long

Jessica Long is a Winston Salem native. She graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and also holds a master’s degree in Counselor Education with a focus on College Student Development, which she earned at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jessica has worked across the state in various higher education environments and is passionate about supporting college students as they plan for life after graduation. Her current role is in the Office of Personal and Career Development at Wake Forest where she serves as a Career Coach to undergraduate liberal arts students.
