Admissions 101

Course Description:

1. Info Session & Financial Aid: In this 75 minutes presentation, Students will learn about the History, Academic Culture, Campus Life, and Application Process for Wake Forest University. Additionally, a special talk will be given around the college’s financial aid process.

2. Campus Tour: In this 60 minute tour, students will receive a personalized student-guided tour of the Wake Forest Campus from a current Wake Forest College student.

3. What Do Colleges Look At?: In this interactive application activity with Admissions staff, students will be taught what makes an application stand out to a College. Students will have
the opportunity to accept, reject, and/or wait-list a mock application to get firsthand knowledge of the internal process of building a college class.

 

Rayce Lamb

Rayce Lamb serves as an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admissions at Wake Forest University. In May 2013, Rayce graduated with Honors as an Education major from Emory & Henry College prior to attending Wake Forest University School of Divinity where he earned his Master of Divinity. Following graduation, Rayce became an Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Admissions at Wake Forest University.
